Fringe pennants are a great way to decorate your new & used car lots. Draw attention to your dealership when advertising a sale or special event. Plastic hula style pennants are made out of 4-mil poly. Each string is made up of panels cut in to strips then are double sewn into 60′ or 100′ of rope. 60′ have 50′ of fringe with 5′ at each end to tie off and 100′ have 90′ of fringe and 5′ at each end to tie off.
